Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is a British actor and film actress who became famous when she was a part of the BBC series "Doctor Who", which is a British sci-fi TV show. Gugu had a massive success in the series as Tish Jones. Tish is the sister of Martha Jones. Gugu had a bright charismatic personality that was loved by all who saw her. Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on 25 February 1975. Her family consisted of six members, with Chelsea Joy Handler being the youngest. The parents of Handler were both homemakers. Her father was an used car seller. Her mother is German who came to her home in United States from Germany in 1958. After more than ten years fight against breast cancer, she died in 1989. Her father is Jewish so she raised up Reform Judaism. Handler grew up in a safe area and had a happy childhood. Handler moved from the city of her birth to Los Angeles when she was 19 years old, to pursue acting. Handler was obliged to be an actress in order to survive. Handler began to do stand-up comedy full-time after she reached the age of 21. She had discovered that she was gifted with story telling. Handler's first job was with an acting gig in an all-female cast for the Oxygen channel's reality television show Girls acting poorly. It was a combination of cameras hidden in the background and practical humor. The show ran from 2002 until 2005. The handler started appearing on different shows such including Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started working as a corresponded to The Tonight Show. Handler's big break was in 2006 when she was able to host her own program on E! It was titled The Chelsea Handler Series. The Chelsea Handler Show lasted two years. Handler later performed in the US on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. Stand-up comedy performances from Handler have been aired by VH1, Comedy Central's Premium Blend and HBO. In 2010, she confirmed that she would host at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. In doing so, she became the first female host in history after Roseanne.
